An Amazing Professional for Vancouver Wedding Receptions: Diane Dillon

As a Bridal Makeup Artist and Hairstylist, I would travel to clients' locations on their Wedding Days. This includes residences, hair salons and hotels etc.

The list of hotels that I work at most often are Sutton Place Hotel and Pan Pacific Hotel, followed by Hotel Vancouver and Westin Bayshore... This past weekend I was at Sutton Place Hotel again, and it was nice to run into a familiar face: Diane Dillon.

Diane oversaw my Wedding Banquet in Vancouver years ago when she was working at Four Seasons Hotel. Now she is Director of Catering and Conference Services for Sutton Place Hotel.

Diane has an impressive career in the upscale hospitality industry for over 20 years. Her hotel operations background includes an array of assignments such as Chief Concierge at Le Meridien Vancouver, opening Director of Operations at the Pan Pacific Lodge Whistler and the Director of Social Catering at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, DC. She is also a founder of the Vancouver chapter of Les Clefs d’Or and honorary lifetime member of the parent international organization. In addition, Diane has worked for many years as a volunteer with BC’s Children’s Hospital including 6 years as Chair of the Tourism and Hospitality Annual Charity Golf Tournament, which helped raise over $180,000.00 for the children of B.C.

From my personal experience and that of my many clients, I must say that Diane Dillon is an amazing Catering professional whom any Bride would love for her Wedding. She is always helpful, efficient, warm and responsive -- a genuine asset to the AAA Five-Diamond rated properties that she has represented.
